OK so I know I've been a total slacker lately in updating my blog, but I just haven't had time lately! So while I have a sec here's a glimpse at our fun Memorial Day weekend!
Of course we started out the weekend with a fire in a back yard. Both the boys LOVE the fire and didn't mind the s'mores either.

We played baseball, kickball, and shadow tag and tried to teach Cole the real rules of the games but he still insists his rules are more fun. Who needs 2 hands and why does it matter what order I run the bases. And who cares if you tag me with the ball?

And we finally upgraded our grill! We've been grilling on a camp grill that we got from our wedding for the past 5.5 yrs. That one finally fell apart so it was high time to upgrade. It's so nice to not have to squat to cook food!
And we finished planting our flowers and garden. Neil added more boxes this year to the garden (I'll have to get a better picture later) but this year we've planted asparagus, strawberries, raspberries, cucumbers, corn, zucchini, tomatoes, peas, spaghetti squash, peppers, cilantro, broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce, spinach, and green beans! I'm so excited!
Then on Memorial Day we went to Timpanogos Cave. Left to right: Carrie(sister) her baby Amelia (2 mo.) her husband Matt, little boy Rex, little girl Savannah, Brett (brother) his wife Tiffany(6 mo. pregnant), and then Cole, Korver, Neil and me. My mom isn't pictured but she was a trooper in hiking up at the age of 57! I can say that cuz she never reads my blog. :)
Needless to say we were quite the crew with 3 little kids, 2 babies, 1 pregnant woman, and my mom!

Happy Birthday Brett! Although, I don't even know why I bother writing that because you never check my blog either! Apparently I don't do a blog for my family. Except for you Christy. :)

Korver hated the cave to begin with. He hated the dark. You know it's bad when the tour guide asks you if there is anything they can do to help. Translation: "Shut the heck up!!" Luckily, Korver finally fell asleep in Neil's arms.
Neil was so great. He carried Korver practically the whole way up and Cole all the way down. Cole made it up mostly by himself but he couldn't quite handle the downhill. You wouldn't know Neil is carrying anything in the picture if it weren't for Cole's 2 feet sticking straight out. Hehe..

Missed you Dad, Matt, Alicia, Christy and Jorge!Until next time....... hopefully. :)
Oh and I know I mentioned that I was going private, and I am.... when I get time. :)
